The successful candidate will be required to:
Source for raw materials.
Manage the supplier relationships of the portfolio for which he/she is responsible.
Ensure the on going availability of materials of the right quality, at the optimal total cost, in line with the production requirement and stocking policy.
Coordinate the materials request planning and New materials approval process management.
Negotiate with external and internal suppliers.
Review monthly procurement performance.
Coordinate supply chain management, consignment management and inventory management.
THE PERSON: The right candidate must:
Have strong academic qualifications (minimum degree level, MBA or CIPS will be an added advantage).
Have 8 -10 years work experience in Planning and Logistics.
Be dynamic and ambitious with sound technical background.
Possess project management skills.
Have good knowledge of all Ports operations.
Have good understanding of Banking operations and handling of Government Agencies
Have detailed knowledge of the production planning and purchasing process, together with an understanding of company’s portfolio of materials and suppliers.

1.) Plant Control Administrator
Location: Ewekoro
Objective
To assist Plant Controller (Plant Finance Manager) in achieving object of reliable books of I accounts, safeguard the Company’s control and assist in meeting the Plant’s reporting deadline.
Responsibilities
Adhere strictly the Safety Policies, Rules, and Regulations of the company.
Prepare and Maintain all the books of Accounts
Maintain Accurate and Reliable General Ledger for the Plant in a timely manner
Responsible for total contact with the external Auditors (both at the end of the year and during routine audit)
In charge of regular reconciliation of the Plant’s bank accounts and other books of accounts
Ensuring that all account booking to Enterprise resource Package (ERP) follow the normal approval process and accountable for same.
Liaising with the plant cashier to ensure that the fund request of the Plant is met in timely manner.
Ensure full compliance with the Company’s control process in expenses booking and advise Plant Controller to initiate a process where one is not in existence.
Assist Plant Controller in meeting the Plant’s monthly financial reporting deadline.
Candidates’ Profile
HND or B. Sc. in Finance! Accounting with minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in a process industry.
Commitment to the highest standards of safe work habits.
Good team player and self-motivated.
Strong coaching ability, motivate and inspire teamwork.
Able to take initiative based 011 sound problem solving skills.
Very good written and verbal communications skills.

2.) Cashier
Location: Ewekoro
Responsibilities
Respect the Safety Policies, Rules and Regulations of the company.
Ensure cash disbursement journals are received by the Plant Controller following each disbursement.
To carry out Monthly Reconciliation of Bank and Cash.
To review JOE Cash Postings and ensure all are in line with records.
To ensure timely request of Impress are done and proper record of cash movement kept in a presentable form.
Candidates’ Profile
OND. degree in Finance or related discipline with Minimum of 2 years working experience.
Proficient in computer usage (e.g. MSWord& MS Excel)
Good aptitude for record keeping
Good team player and self-motivated.

3.) Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Ewekoro
Responsibilities
Adhere strictly the Safety Policies, Rules, and Regulations of tile company.
Stack supplies/receipts from Goods Receiving section into appropriate stocks locations.
Identification, labeling and tagging of received goods (Local & Offshore).
To prepare daily stocks reports for Fuels and Lubricants Paper bags etc. for
Management Information System.
To offload bricks, grinding media, AGO and LPFO deliveries and proper storage.
Issue stock items to users on receipt of a duly authorized order on Stores tickets.
Report on stocks movements for stocks provisioning.
Ascertain on hand balances of stocks for ordering purposes.
Recheck discrepancies declared during Cycle Count (Variance Sheets)
Inventory Management (reconciliation of physical balance with computer balance of items and making necessary correction)
Posting of goods received into the JOE systems and Preparation of daily goods receipt report.

Ensure availability of stores handling equipment and other utilities for smooth stores operations.
Supervise receipt and stacking of items relating to carding, unit of measure and location.
To segregate damage and obsolete stock items in the Stores.

Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) Overseas Scholarship Scheme 2011/2012
2011/2012 PTDF SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME In pursuit of its mandate the PTDF is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for its MSc and PhD Scholarships as well as Undergraduate, under the PTDF scholarship scheme. Scholarships will be awarded for studies in areas listed below, in the United Kingdom and upgraded Universities in Nigeria for the 2011/2012 session. However, the undergraduate level will be awarded for studies in Nigeria only.
Application forms can be accessed online using an ATM card or through purchase of a scratch card from designated major branches of First Bank of Nigeria Plc in all state capitals and FCT, upon the payment of a NON-REFUNDABLE sum of N1,000 (One Thousand Naira Only). Instructions on how to access the form online is clearly stated on the backside of the cards.
PTDF however wishes to inform all its esteemed applicants that its Overseas Scholarship Scheme was instituted as a short term measure to address identified skills gaps, pending the outcome of the various capacity building efforts being made to enable our domestic universities effectively handle the onerous task of grooming qualitative professionals in the oil and gas related disciplines.
