Courier Company needs - Chief Operating Officer/Head, Operations/Head, Marketing

Applications are hereby requested from suitably qualified candidates to fill the positions of Chief Operating Officer (COO), Head (Operations), & Head (Marketing) which exists in one of the leading Courier Company with branches in all the states of the country with Headquarters in Lagos:-

1) CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO) - DUTIES
-Coordinate the activities and leads a highly motivated and focused work force.
-Develop and manage a good marketing, operations, Finance and IT structure.
-Aggressively develop and deepening market share.

Reports directly to the Group Managing Director/CEO.

Qualifications/Skills
-University degree in related discipline
-Must have Masters in Business Administration or Accounting
-Must have over 7 years experience in marketing, general management and or business
development expertise in the courier service industry.
-An outstanding communication skill is required
-Not more than 50 years of age
-Deep knowledge of IT Technology is essential

2) HEAD, OPERATIONS - DUTIES
-Establish, manage, organise and monitor the company's logistics network/delivery
chain
-Implement and maintain a good operational system of the company
-Supervise and administer all the staff in the Division

Reports to the Chief Operating Officer

Qualifications
-Bachelor's Degree in the related discipline. An MBA will be an added advantage
-Not less than 5 years working experience in an established courier company
-Not more than 45 years of age
-Good ICT skill is a basic requirement

3) HEAD, MARKETING - DUTIES
-Design and implement the company's marketing strategies
-Develop and promote the company's product portfolio
-Extensive travel may be required
-Supervise and monitor the company's branch network

Reports to the Chief Operating Officer

Qualifications
-Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, An MBA (Marketing) or other post graduate
qualification will be an added advantage
-Not less than 5 years working experience in an established courier company or in a
retail marketing function
-Must possess good marketing skills with strong oral and written communication
-Must be a member of a relevant professional body
-Not more than 45 years of age
-Good ICT skill is a basic requirement
