Job Description:
The Senior Presales Engineer is responsible for Technical sales/presales activities from conceptualization, demo, architecting/design, response to bids, bid defense to deal closure around the applicable solution areas to ultimately drive sales for the dept. The solution area includes: High Availability/Disaster recovery/Business continuity solutions, WAN Optimization, Data Centre Computing Systems and Hardware, Data Centre Physical Infrastructure/Power/Cooling solutions, Data centre Storage & Visualization solutions.
Key roles and responsibilities:
-Delivery of various pre-sales activities - including responding to customer
requests for information, developing and planning conceptual solution presentations
and demonstrations, technical/product guidance in meetings etc
-Providing technological guidance to new and potential customers e.g. Proof of
Concepts and technical workshops
-Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services offerings and
methodologies.
-Supervises and carry out Solutions Architecting/Desing and Packaging - Writing
Technical Proposals, preparing commercial proposals and response to bids, tenders
and RFPs e.t.c.
-Adhere and comply with the dept practices around PREPARE, PLAN, DESIGN stages of
technology lifecycle and engagement models with the customer e.t.c.
Qualification:
-A good first degree in engineering, computer science or other related discipline
with a minimum of 3-5 years of post-graduate experience
-The ideal candidate MUST have worked with industry leading Storage/Data Centre
technology - such from vendors like Netapp, EMC, IBM, Sun, VMware, and Microsoft
and must be able to position and communicate the business value proposation of
these and applicable technologies to clients with alignments at various levels
-An MBA or relevant post graduate degree/professional qualification e.g. CCIE, CCNA,
CCNP will be an added advantage.

Job Description
The LEAD Project Manager has overall reponsibility to plan, execute and finalise projects and implementation according to strict Timelines, Quality and within Budget. This includes assigning resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
Key roles and responsibilities
-Establish project management policies and guidelines to drive IS BU Projects
-Makes project management strategic inputs and contribution to bids, tenders, pre-
qualifications and RFPs preparations
-Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other
stakeholders while liaising with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
-Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools,

Qualification:

Job Description
The LEAD Support and Contract Services has overall responsibility to plan, execute, manage and deliver on Customer Support Service Legal Agreements, Outsourcing & Support Contracts. This includes running the service desk, assigning resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver contracts and support services according to plan. The Lead, Support & Contract Services is also responsible for ensuring customers objectives are fulfilled in alignment with corporate business objectives.
Key roles and responsibilities
-Partners with various Account management team, Solution implementation teams,
Solution Presales team, Shares Services and Stakeholders (both internal and
external) for timely, quality, within scope and within budget fulfillment of
customers Contracts and Support Services delivery.
-Makes Contracts/outsourcing and Support Services strategic inputs and contribution
to Presales efforts, Bids, Tenders, Pre-Qualifications and RFPs preparations. This
may include makeing presales or post sales presentations.
-Responsible for development & delivering Outsourced Contracts within stipulated
budgets, scope/specifications, standards, timelines and appropriate change
management where necessary.
-Responsible for development & delivery of SLAs (Service Level Agreement) within
stipulated contract approved budget, scope of deliverables, standards, timelines
and appropriate change management where necessary.
-Responsible for coordinating, collating and submission of all customer contract
documentations and contract administration, contract reporting/submissions and
obtain relevant sign offs for payment supporting document purposes e.t.c.
Qualification:
-A good first degree in engineering, computer science or other related
discipline/technical background with a minimum of 5-7 years post-graduate
experience in a similar position.
-Must possess relevant professional certifications -ITIL, PMP or PRINCE 2

The Bid Administrator is responsible for coordination and total packaging of bids and tenders while adhering and ensuring compliance with corporate communications standards, bid instructions and bid requirements. In all it is expected that this will ultimately translate to strictly meeting and even exceeding bids/tenders submission timelines and ensure proper documentations and archiving.
Key roles and responsibilities:
-Responsible for collations, compilations, updating as changes occur and central
repository documentations and archiving of all supporting documentations,
certificates, statements, bid security, tax clearance, DPR permits e.t.c. needed
and/or regularly needed for bid/tender/pre-qualification/expression of interest
preparation all within stipulated standards and timelines.
-Responsible for coordination and supervision of all administrative functions
required during bid/tender/expression of interest preparation.
-Responsible for programme management of contributors/stakeholders input to a bid.
-Supervises and carry out bid collations, coordiantion and packaging proactive
planning/preparation of bid packaging materials, printing, binding,
dispatch/courier e.t.c.
Qualification:
-A good HND in engineering, computer science or other related discipline/technical background with a minimum of 2-3 years post-graduate experience
-The ideal candidate MUST have a proven track record of having performed in similar capacity or related position. Must be proficient in office suite productivity applications like word and excel as minimum. Must have strong familiarity with document management and handling.
-An In-depth knowledge of ICT business environment and programme management is essential.
