LEADING COURIER COMPANY URGENTLY NEEDS A CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, HEAD, OPERATIONS, HEAD, MARKETING IN ALL STATES OF THE COUNTRY

Applications are hereby requested from suitable qualified candidates to fill the positions of Chief Operating Officer (COO), Head (Operations), & Head (Marketing) which exists in one of the leading Courier Company with branches in all the states of the country with Headquarters in Lagos:-

1) Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Duties
 Coordinate the activities and lead a highly motivated and focused workforce
 Develop and manage a good Marketing, Operations, Finance and IT structure
 Aggressively develop and deepening market share

Reports directly to the Group Managing Director/CEO


Qualifications/Skills
 University degree in related discipline
 Must have Masters in Business Administration or Accounting
 Must have over 7 years experience in marketing, general management and or
business development expertise in the courier or service industry
 An outstanding communication skill is required
 Not more than 50 years of age
 Deep knowledge of IT Technology is essential


2) Head, Operations – Duties
 Establish, manage, organize and monitor the company’s logistics
network/delivery chain
 Implement and maintain a good operational system of the company
 Supervise and administer all the staff in the Division

Reports to the Chief Operating Officer

Qualifications
 Bachelor’s Degree in the related discipline. An MBA will be an added
advantage
 Not less than 5 years working experience in an established courier company
 Not more than 45 years of age
 Good ICT skill is a basic requirement

3) Head, Marketing – Duties
 Design and implement the company’s marketing strategies
 Develop and promote the company’s product portfolio
 Extensive travel may be required
 Supervise and monitor the company’s branch network

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer

Qualifications
 Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. An MBA (Marketing) or other post graduate
qualification will be an added advantage
 Not less than 5 years working experience in an established courier company
or in a retail marketing function
 Must possess good marketing skills with strong oral and written communication
 Must be a member of a relevant professional body
 Not more than 45 years of age
 Good ICT skill is a basic requirement
