VACANCIES IN A MICROFINANCE BANK

A fast growing Microfinance Bank situated in the heart of Lagos requires the services of the following personnel.

MANAGING DIRECTOR
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

First degree in any field. Must possess strong analytical and communication skills. Candidate must have at least 7 years cognate experience in banking, out of which at least 3 years must have been spent in Microfinance bank. Professional qualifications and in-depth computer knowledge will be an added advantage

Age: 25-30 years old


FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

BSC or HND Accounting with at least 3-5 years cognate experience in accounting and good knowledge of financial and credit control procedure of Microfinance Bank.

Age: 25-30 years


HEAD OF BANKING OPERATION
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

BSC or HND in any of the social sciences with at least 5 years cognate experience in the same position in a reputable and existing Microfinance Bank.

Age: 22-25 years


BANKING OFFICERS
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

BSC or HND in any of the social sciences with at least 2-3 years cognate experience in the same position in a reputable and existing Microfinance Bank.

Age: 22-25 years


REMUNERATION
The remuneration for each category of the vacant positions is attractive, depends on the experience, but will be performance driven.
