The Role

1-Promoting and marketing the business.
2- Selling travel products and tour packages.
3- Liaising with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules.
4- Dealing with customers inquiries and aiming to meet their expectations.
5- Overseeing the smooth, efficient running of the business.
6- Excellent communication skills.
7- Dealing with staffing issues.
8- Meeting regularly with company management who advise on moving the company forward and finding about any local issue.
9- Occasional selling.
10- Problem solving.
11- Organising incentives and competitions.
12- Offering online booking services at reduced prices to busy customers.
13- Managing budgets and maintaining statistical/financial records; selling travel products and tour packages; sourcing products and destinations to meet consumer demands.
14- Taking part in familiarization visits to new destinations, to meet consumer demands.
15- Creating new lines of business.
16- To have a background in directing, coordinating, and participating in merchandising travel agency services.
17- Provide training to employees on the way of how employees should be communicating to customers in advising current traveling conditions, planning customer travel and itineraries, ticketing and booking functions.

Our ideal candidate must be a holder of a university degree. The ideal candidate shall be working in sales team in Airlines. Ability to create a Tours and Travel agency with all the departments that is the ability in arranging a Travel Management Company . The candidate shall have holistic understanding of travel industry , travel processes and working of this industry .Pleasing personality , excellent communication skill both written and verbal, persuasive abilities, skill to engage prospects .
The candidate should have been working in Sales for at least 5 years and should have record of target achievement . Motivated and willing to open new business lines. To be excellent knowledge in Amadeus System.
