CIVIL ENGINEERS
The ideal candidates for this position should not be more than 40 and should possess the following qualifications and abilities:

A good first degree in Civil Engineering. An MBA or post graduate degree
qualification will be an added advantage
Professional membership of relevant professional body(ies)
At least 4 years cognate experience
Proficiency in computer package utilization
Good technical knowledge of industry design and project works.

OUTDOOR CATERING MANAGERS/SUPERVISORS
The ideal candidates for these positions should not be more than 40 years and should possess the following qualifications and abilities:

B.Sc/HND in Food Science and Food Technology or any other related discipline
with a proven track record at supervisory level of catering experience
within the retail side of the business
At least 3-5 years work experience in same capacity
Excellent communication skills and ability to work successfully with teams
and take initiatives
Coordinate the day to day running of all outdoor catering engagements,
providing full catering service whilst adhering to a strict budget
Possession of a passion for food and people, a friendly efficiency in the
kitchen and believe in fun with food
Experience of working in contracted catering services, excellent
understanding of high level commercial catering operations.

CHEF & PRODUCTION MANAGERS (OUTDOOR CATERING)
The ideal candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications and abilities:

B.Sc in Food Technology/Hotel & Catering Management or any other Food
Science discipline
Candidates should have knowledge of institutional food service and/or
restaurant management. Candidates should also have substantial culinary
experience plus appreciable computer skills
At least 4 years work experience in same capacity
Supervision of the set-up of all food production to maximize productivity
between all of the food production areas within the kitchen
Maintaining and supervising good housekeeping and minimize waste.


BAKERS/CATERERS/COOKS/KITCHEN TRAINEES
The ideal candidates for these positions should possess the following qualifications and abilities:

Good educational qualifications in catering and hotel management (preferably
from technical schools and recognized catering schools)
Engagement in food production to maximize productivity between all of the
food production areas within the kitchen
Maintaining good housekeeping and minimize waste
Checking of daily use records with the manager so as to make sure that the
kitchen management records are updated at all times
Good working knowledge of the kitchen policies and procedures
Ability to operate all types of kitchen equipment.

TECHNICIANS (ELECTRICIANS, PLUMBERS, R & AS)
The ideal candidates for these positions should possess the following qualifications and abilities:

A good technical college, Polytechnic or University educational qualification
At least 3 years cognate experience
Maintain maximum servicing and optimization of all company’s equipment and
facilities
Good technical knowledge of equipment repairs and maintenance
Ability to work independently whilst leading a team of in house technicians

AUTOMOBILE MECHANICS
The ideal candidates for these positions should possess the following qualifications and abilities:

 A good technical college, polytechnic or graduate educational qualification
 At least 4 years cognate experience
 Maintain maximum servicing and optimization of all company’s automobile
facilities
 Good technical knowledge of automobile repairs and maintenance
 Ability to work independently whilst leading a team of in house departmental
staff.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGERS & OFFICERS
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and abilities:

 B.Sc/HND in Computer Science Management Information Systems or Information
science. Other proven professional qualifications will be an added advantage
 At least 2-3 years work experience
 Plan, coordinate, and direct research on the computer-related activities
 Plan and coordinate activities such as installing and upgrading hardware and
software, programming and systems design, the implementation of computer
networks, and the development of internet and intranet sites
 Upkeep, maintains, and secure networks
 Analyze computer and information needs of the organization from an
operational and strategic perspective and determine immediate and long range
personnel and equipment requirements
 Assign and review the work of subordinates and stay abreast of the latest
technology to ensure that the organization remains competitive.

QUALITY CONTROL OFFICERS
The ideal candidates for this position should have good years of experience working in the administrative department and possess the following qualifications and attitudes:

 A good first degree in Food Science and Food technology
 At least 2 years experience
 Proficiency in computer package utilization

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS
The ideal candidates for this position should have good years of experience working in the administrative department and possess the following qualities and attitudes:

 A good degree in the arts/sciences
 Assist in the management and distribution of organization’s
assets/facilities and equipment
 Give support to processes and other activities supporting the internal
operations of the company.

HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICERS
The ideal candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications and abilities:

 A good degree in Communication or any relevant Social Science discipline
 At least 2 years work experience in same capacity
 Proficiency in computer package utilization

He/she should possess the following qualifications, abilities and attitudes:

 ND/HND/B.Sc in Store keeping/Purchasing and Supply/Store Management or any
other related discipline
 Assist in accounting and issue of all types of store materials and products
 Take inventory of received stock/items
 Good knowledge of numeric
 Maintain a proper book-keeping in the store.

SURVEILLANCE OFFICERS
The ideal candidates (preferably female) for this position should possess the following qualifications and abilities:

 NCE/ND/City & Guild in any discipline
 At least 2 years experience
 Good communication skill

SALES ATTENDANTS
The ideal candidates for this position should not be more than 40. He must possess the following qualifications and attitudes:

 NCE/ND in any discipline
 At least 2 years experience
 Proficiency in computer package utilization
 Excellent communication skills.

TRANSPORT SUPERINTENDENT/DRIVERS/DISPATCH RIDERS
The ideal candidates for these positions should not be more than 40.

 GCE/SSCE/O/Level educational qualification. (A good technical college,
polytechnic or graduate educational qualification for Transport
Superintendent).
 Professional driving school certificate qualification
 At least 3 years driving experience (five years for Transport Superintendent)
 Valid Federal Government recognized drivers’ license
 Good knowledge of Lagos State road network an highway code
 Good communication skills.
