A Licensed Microfinance Bank in Lagos State desires to fill the underlisted positions

1. Managing Director (Ref: MD)

Matured banker, computer literate with diverse banking & finance
experience. Strong Credit &
Marketing skills. Reports to the Board of Directors. Minimum of 7 years
relevant experience.

2. Division Heads

Candidate must be graduates. Professional/postgraduate qualifications would be an advantage. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.

2.1 Internal Control (Ref: ICD)

Ensuring adequate controls to mitigate risks. Ensuring that transactions
are properly authorized.
Reviewing and enhancing internal controls and effecting internal audits.

2.2 Finance & Admin (Ref: FAD)
Ensuring timely & accurate production of financials to Management and Board
of Directors.
Developing, reviewing and monitoring budgets. Regulatory reporting
compliance.

2.3 Marketing (Ref: MKT)
Developing strategies for market segmentation and outreach. Developing
business plans.
Developing and marketing existing and new products. Good communication
skills.

2.4 Risk Management (Ref: RMD)
Credit policies & procedures compliance. Follow-up on loan repayment
arrears. Debt recovery
including follow-up on loan repayment arrears and collation of delinquent
loans.

2.5 Banking Operations (Ref: BOD)
Good computer skills, sound analytical skills, knowledge of banking
regulations, compliance and
operational procedures.

3. Other Positions

3.1 Internal Control Assistants (Ref: ICA)
B.Sc/HND
Building a strong compliance environment to prevent and detect fraud; check
processing media.

3.2 Recovery Officers (Ref: ROS)
B.Sc/HND
Direct collection of delinquent loans, lodgment into customers account and
follow up on arrears of loan repayment.

3.3 Savings Officers (Ref: SOS)
OND/HND
Mobilizing deposits and marketing of bank products.

3.4 Loan Officers (Ref: LOS)
B.Sc/HND
Identifying, processing, evaluating, monitoring of new and existing clients

3.5 Field Assistants (Ref: FAS)
HND/OND
Collecting cash from loan clients & conducting home verifications.

3.6 Accounts Clerk (Ref: ACS)
OND/HND
Bookkeeping and bank reconciliations.

3.7 I.T. Officer (Ref: ITO)
Comp Sc. Graduate
Network Administrator, hardware maintenance, system administration.
